Water Volleyball is played in the Resort's indoor pool in the Clubhouse on most every Friday nights, Saturday mornings and Sunday mornings. All visitors and Members are invited and welcomed to play. In addition to these hours there are also several Water Volleyball Tournaments scheduled during the colder months (see our Web Calendar for these events).
At all other times the Clubhouse pool is available for our Guests and Members use.
The scheduled hours are:
Fridays: 8:00PM to 9:30PM
Saturdays: 11:00AM to 12:30PM & 7PM to 8:30PM
Sundays: 11:00AM to 12:30PM
Note: During certain Special Events the pool may be closed to volleyball play.

Get yourself ready for one of TLR's biggest and most breathtaking events - our annual Fourth of July Fireworks Display. And this year, to help set an even more exciting mood, we've added a Tailgate Party which will lead up to the fireworks show. So everyone, ride your golf carts or walk over and gather in front of our stage to join the fun and watch the fireworks. Pack some food to share with friends. Bring along your mini grills if you choose. Set up some lawn chairs, or spread out a blanket. So be sure and join the Party atmosphere. Then kick back, relax, and enjoy Turtle Lake's sensational Fireworks Display.

What is Mölkky? It's like "Yard Bowling. Mölkky consists of tossing a short piece of wood ( the Mölkky) towards 12 numbered pins (the Skittles). If you knock down one Skittle, you get as many points as the number on the pin. If you knock down several of the Skittles, you get 1 point per fallen Skittle. Games are played to exactly 50 points. A note on "themes". Many of our Parties have themes. A theme is just a way to add some fun. If you're at the Resort and want to come to our Party but aren't prepared for the theme of the night's Party, don't be deterred from attending. If any place is "come as you are", it's Turtle Lake Resort!!!
Children are not permitted in the Clubhouse main room or pool side after 8:30 PM on dance nights. Children (17 or under) are allowed in the Clubhouse Pool area or pool side until 11PM if accompanied by a responsible adult.

Everyone is invited to put their talents on display for an entertaining evening of "TLR Has Talent". Singing, dancing, stand-up comedy, playing a musical instrument or doing a skit. We want you to come out and entertain us! This will be held in Turtle Lake Resorts Clubhouse. We want you to always feel welcome to participate in all of our events at Turtle Lake Resort. Look for the Event board located at the Turtle Lake Resort's outdoor pool for the sign up sheets. To ensure you have a wonderful time playing, our events will be a blind draw tournaments. Come play and have fun!
