Event Title: Watervolleyball Hours

Water Volleyball is played in the Resort's indoor pool in the Clubhouse on most every Friday nights, Saturday mornings and Sunday mornings. All visitors and Members are invited and welcomed to play. In addition to these hours there are also several Water Volleyball Tournaments scheduled during the colder months (see our Web Calendar for these events). At times, there may not be enough participants so play is not possible and the pool is open for general use.
At all other times the Clubhouse pool is available for our Guests and Members use.
The scheduled hours are:
Fridays: 8:00PM to 9:30PM
Saturdays: 11:00AM to 12:30PM & 7PM to 8:30PM
Sundays: 11:00AM to 12:30PM
Note: If There is a Water Volleyball Tournament scheduled, regular Water volleyball Hours are suspended.
Note: During certain Special Events the pool may be closed to volleyball play.

Pickleball is a racquet sport in which two to four players use solid paddles made of wood or composite materials to hit a polymer perforated ball over a net. The sport shares features of other racquet sports, the dimensions and layout of a Badminton court, and a net and rules similar to tennis with a few modifications.

A note on "themes". Many of our Music Events have themes. A theme is just a way to add some fun.
Children are not permitted in the Clubhouse main room or pool side after 10:00 PM on Music nights. Children (17 or under) are allowed in the Clubhouse Pool area or pool side until 11:00 PM if accompanied by a responsible adult.

You will be given 5 clues. You must find the buckets with the clues for either golf cart (2 person only per golf cart) players or walkers without golf carts. 2 different sets of clues. Each bucket has envelopes. Take one envelope from each of the 5 buckets. The envelopes must be brought unopened to the Activity Director. Best poker hand wins.

Similar in many ways to horseshoes, Ladder Ball (also called Ladder Golf or Bolo Toss) can be played by people of all ages. Ladder Ball is played with 2 or more players or teams. Each player has 3 golf ball bolas. A bola is 2 golf balls attached by a nylon rope. The object of the game is to wrap your bolas around the steps of the ladder. The ladder consists of 3 steps, a top, middle and a bottom step. We want you to always feel welcome to participate in all of our events at Turtle Lake Resort. To ensure you have a wonderful time playing, our events will be blind draw tournaments. Come play and have fun!
