Pickleball is a racquet sport in which two to four players use solid paddles made of wood or composite materials to hit a polymer perforated ball over a net. The sport shares features of other racquet sports, the dimensions and layout of a Badminton court, and a net and rules similar to tennis with a few modifications.

Maximum 8 players per side, 16 total.
At all other times the Clubhouse pool is available for our Guests and Members use.

During the warmer months the Music will be played pool side next to our Outdoor Pool. Join us for a fun and entertaining evening.
A note on "themes". Many of our Music Events have themes. A theme is just a way to add some fun.
Children are not permitted in the Clubhouse main room or pool side after 8:30 PM on Music nights. Children (17 or under) are allowed in the Clubhouse Pool area or pool side until 11PM if accompanied by a responsible adult.

Our yoga instructor will be teaching yoga every Saturday and Sunday and holiday Mondays at 10 AM in the old Rustic section, weather permitting or in the clubhouse in bad weather. Our yoga instructor teaches all levels of yoga, from chair yoga to mat yoga. Bring your own mat or towel or borrow one of our yoga instructor's. If you need a chair, folding chairs will be provided. Donations appreciated.

What is Mölkky? It's like "Yard Bowling. Mölkky consists of tossing a short piece of wood ( the Mölkky) towards 12 numbered pins (the Skittles). If you knock down one Skittle, you get as many points as the number on the pin. If you knock down several of the Skittles, you get 1 point per fallen Skittle. Games are played to exactly 50 points. Similar in many ways to horseshoes, Ladder Ball (also called Ladder Golf or Bolo Toss) can be played by people of all ages. Ladder Ball is played with 2 or more players or teams. Each player has 3 golf ball bolas. A bola is 2 golf balls attached by a nylon rope. The object of the game is to wrap your bolas around the steps of the ladder. The ladder consists of 3 steps, a top, middle and a bottom step. We want you to always feel welcome to participate in all of our events at Turtle Lake Resort. Look for the Event board located at the Turtle Lake Resort's outdoor pool for the sign up sheets. To ensure you have a wonderful time playing, our events will be blind draw tournaments. Come play and have fun!
