We also invite you to make your Park Model selection from any full service qualified Park Model dealer. Shop and compare. Our associate dealer offers everything you need from financing through delivery and installation.
If you choose to purchase from another dealer we do request that you advise is of the Park Model manufacturer and model you wish to bring to the Resort. This is only to ensure that your choice meets our minimum quality requirements
We will also accept your previously owned Park Model for relocation to Turtle Lake Resort. Again, you must submit your unit for prior approval before arranging to bring it to Turtle Lake Resort.
A very popular option on Park Models at the Resort is an "add on" room. An "add on" room doubles the amount of floor space in the unit and is ideal for those considering Turtle Lake Resort as a retirement living option as well as for those who want more space. We offer a selection of certified, performance proven contractors to build your "add on" room at very competitive prices. Add a 10' x 12' shed (also available from qualified contractors) and you have an ideal solution to spending you time at Turtle Lake Resort and your clothing costs will be next to none because you won't need any when you're at the Resort.
The area surrounding the Resort is rural Michigan at it's finest. Union City, just two miles away has a grocery store and several restaurants/bars. The cities of Battle Creek and and Coldwater are within 30 minutes of our location and have all the shopping facilities needed so that you can enjoy your stay at Turtle Lake Resort free from the annoyances of a metropolitan area yet be close enough to easily get whatever you may need for your stay. In addition to our own Sunnier Buns Cafe (summer season only) there are many dining establishments located nearby. The area surrounding the Resort is a golfers paradise. There are more than a dozed courses within 30 minutes offering a variety of layouts and best of all, you will be very pleasantly surprised by the very affordable greens fees. There are literally hundreds of lakes surrounding the Resort with outstanding opportunities for fishing and recreational boating. By the way, Turtle Lake itself is loaded with bass and crappies.
